机械密封通用安装说明：

1.轴弯曲度最大不得超过0.05mm。

2.轴在安装机械密封处的振摆量不得大于0.1mm。

3.轴的轴向窜动量不允许大于0.5mm。

4.安装机械密封部位轴制造公差为h8，光洁度1.6。

5.安装动环密封圈的轴（轴套）端部以及安静环密封圈的密封压盖（或壳体）的端部应做成倒角并修光。

6.部件内各零件均符合图纸设计要求。

7.上紧压盖时应在联轴器找正后进行，压紧螺丝应均上紧，防止法兰面偏斜。

8.弹簧的压缩量按图纸规定进行允许误差2mm。

9.动环安装后必须保证动环能在主轴上灵活移动。

安装注意事项说明

1、装配要干净光洁、轴、密封端盖等倒角要修整光滑，端盖要砂光擦亮。

2、推进组件时，要防止O形密封圈损伤。主要损伤形式有掉块、裂口、碰伤、卷边和扭曲。

3、组装成动环或静环组件后，用手按动补偿环，检查是否装到位，是否灵活；弹性开口环（有些结构的机械密封中，弹性开口环对补偿环作轴向定位）是否定位可靠10拧螺栓压紧端盖时，要用力均匀、对称、小心，分几次紧完，不可一次紧定，以免偏斜甚至压碎静环。
